About

It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a married man with a day job must be in want of a hobby. Some grow tomatoes in the garden; some work on their car in the garage; and others bake bread in the kitchen. I write about Chelsea FC on this blog.

This is a one-person run blog with the main focus on tactics, statistics and analyses of Chelsea FC and its oppositions, both in the league and in Europe. The inspiration for the blog comes from ZonalMarking and Inverting the Pyramid. The amount of content posted on the blog is directly proportional to the amount of free time I have on my hands.

About the Blogger

I grew up in Burma and now live in the US. I played football as a youngster growing up in Burma and started watching international football since Euro 96. I began watching club football in 2005 and became a Chelsea fan.

Although I don't get to watch the games in person, I watch almost every game via the internet. I am not only a passionate supporter of the club but also a lover of the game. I am not a football analyst or a journalist, just someone trying to understand what takes place on the pitch. I enjoy doing good research to support my opinions. I am a philosopher by training and consequently love to entertain different ideas and arguments. Thoughts before feelings.

I hope to provide a unique perspective on the club and the game that I love. If you want to know more about me, check out the posts with the label "My Story."
